Sharon Kelso Blaziek passed away on September 2nd after a long fight against cancer. She put up one of the mightiest fights I've ever seen. Sharon attended as many reunions as possible, even when she didn't feel well. She actually planned to attend the up and coming decade luncheon in October. She will be missed by so many of us! Marcy

So sad to hear about this. I've known Sharon for many years, especially in elementary and junior high school. A very sweet woman. My thoughts and prayers are with her and especially her family and friends.

Sharon's family and mine lived next door to us in Ship Yard Acres when we were babies. Her parents
and mine became friends. But as teenagers going to different schools we just lost touch. But when I
joined this site I was able to contact her. She had told me about her battles with cancer was so sorry
to hear she has passed. May she rest in peace.

I am so sorry to hear of Sharon's passing. As Carol said, we were in elementary school at Westwood together and had some great times goofing off! Rest in peace, Sharon.

Sad to hear the news. I had hoped you would be at the luncheon to reminisce and cath up on the times between now and then. You are in the arms of the angels. Say hi to Noni for me.

Sharon was one brave gal with her fight against cancer. She was very talented with her photography. She sent me some of her work which was awesome! A bunch of us girls used to have slumber party's during our early years at Ridgeview. I have a bunch of pictures of some of those nights. They were so much fun. The next morning my mother (who we kept up most of the night), would get us up early and take us on hikes. Fun memories!

Sharon was a dear friend who never forgot a birthday, holiday, or anniversary and whose lovely artwork was always part of those remembrances. Like sister Noni, she was truly kind--something that always is missed when it is gone.
