Throughout the years I have often wondered what happened to Bob. I last saw him in Napa at a home I believe just before a reunion. I don't recall the year, just the memory of seeing him after so many years. Bob was truly a dear friend of mine and his family were wonderful people. Bob and I were very close during our years at Ridgeview, but then came Napa High and for some unknown reason we parted ways. So wish to this day that I could have spent time with him. Oh and yes, he was a very good dancer and is probably doing the waltz with Michele Folk as we speak.
I did not know Bob well but I did know his 'first' cousin, Don Barstad. I saw Don about a year before his death and he told me Bob died in 1990 in Redding. I found the date: 7 December 1990. Maybe this will be helpful.
