Richard E. Prosser, 75, of Tully, NY passed away on August 21, 2023. He is survived by his wife, Charlene Welch Prosser; his son, Andrew R. Prosser (Victoria) and his daughter, Heather L. Simmons (Joseph); 5 grandchildren, 1 great grandchild, a niece and a nephew. 
Services are private and at the convenience of the family. The burial will be in Tully Cemetery, Tully, NY. Please consider donations to the Tully Fire Department, 1 Railroad Street, Tully, NY 13159.
